Vi chiedo un piccolo suggerimento per il significato della frase "aval sales", che non riesco a comprendere.
Contesto:
Except as otherwise specified in this Contract,[3] [4]delivery shall be complete and Product risk shall pass as defined by the Incoterm applicable to this sale.
Title to pass upon full payment of price, except that if payment term is agreed to be on open account or letter of credit, title to pass upon delivery.
For aval sales title to pass against receipt of acceptable aval.
Seller warrants that it has full marketable title to the Product free and clear of any lien or encumbrance.

come l'avallo che viene messo sulla cambiale fa sì che la cambiale venga definita "avallata". Mi sembra che vuole dire che interviene un garante.
Comunque, poiché l'avallo avviene dalla parte acquirente, in Italiano sarebbe meglio "acquisti garantiti" oppure "acquisti avallati"

forse "per le vendite avallate, il titolo di proprietà sarà consegnato [o trasmesso] solo dopo la ricezione della garanzia."
Comunque, poiché l'avallo avviene dalla parte acquirente, in Italiano sarebbe meglio "acquisti garantiti" oppure "acquisti avallati"
