Nein, eigentlich nicht auf die renta, sondern auf die cantidad (impagada), die wenn sie nicht bezahlt wird, dann wie ein Mietzins behandelt wird.

Asker: Ach so, "en caso de impago" bezieht sich auf den Mietzins. So ergibt das Ganze natürlich auf einmal Sinn. :-)
