Italian term

Immagine al vivo

Italian to English Tech/Engineering Engineering (general) images in motor vehicle ad
I have a lot of sentences like this:

Immagine al vivo su fondo bianco del telaio della xxx (name of vehicle) and where telaio can be replaced with motore, sterzo, trasmissione, etc.

The images show the item (engine, steering system, transmisison) all by itself against a white background as it it was photographed at a bench.

Is there a specific term for this "al vivo". I found a lot of things that don't appear to be applicable in this case.

Any ideas?

Cut out image

It sounds like this ( image is cut out from the background) but could also possibily be a -lifelike image-
