| the (name of state) sentencing accountability commission Comisión de Rendición de Cuentas sobre Fallos del Estado de XXX Explanation: Aquí se disipa el debate de condenas/penas/sentencias, dado que fallo es toda decisión producto de un proceso, en cualquier ámbito. También noto un debate respecto a transparencia/rendición de cuentas/responsabilidad, y a pesar de que he descartado transparencia porque se aleja del contexto, los últimos dos términos me parecen adecuados, y sigo inclinándome por rendición de cuentas, dado que responsabilidad puede confundirse con liability. Es mi humilde opinión como jurista traductora. Saludos |
