"... se reintenta omitir fenobarbital (el paciente refiere reinicio del tratamiento automedicado por miedo a crisis) durante este período, presenta problemas laborales por la inatención y trastornos de memoria, ameritando intervención del área laboral, por el servicio de trabajo social y psiquiatría, quien indica tratamiento ansiolítico. Se plantea la posibilidad de trastorno cognitivo de tipo farmacológico y se insiste con la omisión de fenobarbital progresivamente. Acude a controles durante los siguientes años persiste anictal sin cefaleas refiere persiste inatención y conductas afectivas de tipo maneiformes [sic] que no alteran su vida cotidiana, actualmente persiste recibiendo fenobarbital 50 mg y memantina 10 mg/día **sin otro particular** y mantiene en control médico."
