ligne d\'indication leader Explanation: "leader" is the term I recall from the days when I was doing tech drawing 'O' and 'A' levels. And it's still the terms today, as shown here (from the CAD horses mouth): https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-architecture/... Use this procedure to add a multiline text object with a single leader that points to any point you specify in the drawing area. Leaders are drawn in the same manner as polylines: you specify two points to insert a straight line segment. ... On the Anno -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2017-06-09 15:57:48 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Definition of "leader" from the help file on AutoSketch (a cut-down version of AutoCAD): Leader: Leaders are notes that reference specific points in a drawing. Unlike other dimensions, leaders do not display a measurement. They do, however, reflect certain settings in the Dimension Format dialog box. When you add a leader, AutoSketch does not add a leader entity to the drawing. Instead, it adds separate polylines, markers, and text entities. This makes it easy to edit a leader after creation. That's probably due to the OEM manufacturer not bothering (or wanting) to adhere to the usual conventions. |
