Me encuentro con este término en el siguiente contexto:

As for stolen data, the dispatch on the amendment of the Tax Administrative Assistance Act (TAAA) was transmitted to Parliament on 10 June 2016. The amendment proposes an easing of the practice and provides for the possibility of responding to a request based on stolen data if the foreign state received such data via normal administrative assistance channels or publicly accessible sources. On 24 October 2016, the competent committee of the National Council suspended consideration of the proposal and asked the Federal Council to submit a dispatch on all the recommendations made by the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes.
