French term
plat
French to English
Tech/Engineering
Engineering (general)
This is from a list of parts replaced on a damaged straddle carrier. I have no other information except that the unit cost was about € 3 and they needed 16 of them. Any help very much appreciated there are a couple of other items like this as well.

I don't see how else you can translate this. You or I may not know what it means, but the customer either will, or can find out. The same goes for your other two questions.

Are you sure it's not an adjective referring to some previous item on the list? Either way, the translation will be the same.

Note from asker:
Thanks - so not a flat plat or flat bar, just plain "flat" ? |

Comment: "Once again it might seem obvious but I wanted to check there wasn't a specific technical term for this, so very many thanks!!"
