AllegroTrans Nov 21, 2018:
@ Asker Any further context? I tend to agree with Tony's suggestion
Evgeniya Lysukhina Nov 21, 2018:
Could it be clothes that have gone out of season or went unsold in regular retail stores?
Tony M Nov 21, 2018:
@ Asker: Context? Very hard to be sure without more of the wider context.
My intuition would be that these are lines that they just carry as a matter of course, but which are not being specifically actively marketed: they just hang on the rails waiting to be bought, rather than things that are in some way being "promoted" (e.g. TV or poster ad campaigns, in-store special displays, etc.)

RFID-tagged

RFID tag = radio frequency identification tag is widely used in retail stock management to trace the clothing item size, availability, etc
The tag is attached to clothing and is generally to be cut off before wash or use.

neutral Tony M : Although we do indeed talk about "passive" RFID tags, I'm very far from convinced that they'd have a separate category for tagged vs. non-tagged items in the stock-room.

neutral AllegroTrans : I cannot see any basis for your conclusion that this is anything to do with tagging
