Sto traducendo l'insieme di norme che regolano la riserva di proprietà. E' un allegato di un contratto.

Purtroppo mi sono bloccato e non riesco né a capire il senso né di conseguenza a tradurre il testo seguente :

" Der Besteller nimmt die Vorbehaltsware fuer uns in handelsübliche Verwahrung. Der Besteller stellt im Schadensfall
gemäß § 4 des Zentralregulierungs- und Delkrederevertrages sicher, dass sich die gelieferte Vorbehaltsware auf Basis
des Lagerbewirtschaftungssystem oder in sonstiger Weise unserem Unternehmen buchhalterisch zuordnen läßt" .
