individually identified (labelled) types of evidence Explanation: Listed separately.... I don't believe the US/Can evidentiary wording would be any different (AmE) than (BrE) to or from the UK, Reference: http://eng.proz.com/kudoz/spanish-to-english/law-general/112... www.nextgenscience.org/sites/default/files/evidence_statement/black_white/1-PS4-1 Evidence Statements June 2015 asterisks.pdf |

(proposed) sources of evidence listed in [the appropriate section]. Explanation: I think "medios" here refers to "sources" instead of "pieces of evidence." Some examples of acceptable sources could be e-mails, videos, photographs, etc. And as far as "individualizados" is concerned, this means "listed in detail", "listed individually" or something along these lines. Anyway, I hope you'll find this explanation useful. |

pieces of discovery listed/identified Explanation: The term 'discovery' is typically used in US courtrooms to refer to the body of evidence. However, if this is a list of evidence used for trial, "exhibit" may also be appropriate; it really depends on the rest of the context of the document. Example sentence(s):
