Spanish term

rejilla del clima

Spanish to English Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals inspection report
This is a part of a centrifuge which has gotten moldy. (Note: this is from a Catalan inspection, but I am posting the Spanish equivalent in the hopes of having a better chance of getting an answer.)

Do you have the original Catalan? If you have the exact Catalan context, and the exact term, we can find the exact term in English. I never heard "rejilla del clima" in Spanish.

Refrigeration mesh?

When using refrigerated centrifuges, clean the refrigeration mesh of the heat exchanger on the rear side of the device with a brush at least twice a year.

This one? Air circulation vent?

The references are useful. I believe the term refers to the part seen on the pictures - perhaps "ventilation louver/grate"?

vent openings / centrifugal fan

In a centrifuge there are vent openings (see https://www.netascientific.com/ct-229478) and there is a centrifugal fan (see https://ventilation-system.com/fan-types). Maybe you can tell which of these two phrases to use by the context or by an image in your source text.
