mail department

Explanation:
A mail room is a department within a company, or if this is the theater, it could be there too. The mail (letters, publications) that are to be sent out are prepared and sorted in this room before being sent . Any mail received is sorted and made ready for delivery. Maybe put into cubby holes (small mail holder boxes)or into individual mail boxes.
