Facilidad de ubicacion me parece la manera mas corta de definir el concepto. La palabra encontrabilidad no esta aun en el diccionario de la Real Academia, asi que intuyo que esta es una palabra inventada en el campo de la informatica. Para el lector comun y corriente encontrabilidad puede ser muy extrano. Dependera de quien es la audiencia o el lector promedio.
