Hello! I am currently working on a Colombian Spanish text and have come across the word 'bacadilla'. I'm not quite sure what it means. My guess would be factory/workshop/factory floor.

Context: The speaker works on a banana plantation in Colombia and is describing his work as a manual labourer.

Example: mi trabajo implica hacer diferentes cosas, soy embolsador, pero en estos momentos estoy en bacadilla por 3 meses por una operación, en la bacadilla me toca bajar guantes, desflorar y hacer pacas.
