in the training plan/design Explanation: I suspect that this has to do with training and assessment, owing to the word "diagnóstico". But there's very little context. An additional support for the word "training" would be that it is an organizational context. Yes, there's very little to begin with, but the word "objetivos" could also be a clue: should an unbiased test have objectives/targets? Example sentence(s):
