English term

DH

English to German Science Agriculture Hop variety
The text seems to have been translated from Spanish or written by Argentians in English.
TIA

Regarding vegetal material, this is noticeable in comparison with imported hops which lead to issues balancing the bitter side and problems with colloidal turbidity, but this also have changed during the last years. Then, new trends in hop usage are based on increased late hop additions like whirlpool, DH-high-krausen and cold-DH.

I very much doubt that this refers to dH = deutsche Härte

Why do Spanish or speakers of other languages have to write in English? Happy guesswor.

agree Björn Vrooman : Worth an agree, as you and Emmanuella got there around the same time. Cf. "...three separate dry-hops using three different techniques: high krausen, standard dry hop, and a cold dry hop." [link in d-box]
