Wah is an exclamatory word denoting admiration and appreciation and Guru means Spiritual Teacher and e is an address to Him which has been replaced by me as O above. Sat is a derived form of Satya meaning true and naam means name. I have added 'your' from my side to make it clearer. This holy phrase is frequently recited by the followers of the Sikh religion in the honour of their Spiritual Teacher.
