(Description of a house)

Swimmingpool m. poolhus og botanisk haveanlæg.

What exactly is a poolhus? A pool-house, like to lay in the sun? Or somewhere to play pool? I am a bit confused.

Thanks in advance for your help,
Marcel

a pool house

is a little cabin or such, next to the pool, to change clothing, to have a shady place at the pool. A nice pool house (like mine here in Florida) may have a bar with an icebox and an extra room where to keep the cleaning utensils and chemicals used in pool care. And it may include a separate restroom (i.e. WC)

agree Mads Grøftehauge : Note that in connection with summer house rental in Denmark, 'poolhus' is simply a house with a pool. Not in this context, though.

agree Charlesp : yea; but a pool house usually has a bedroom - that's why it is called a "house"
