the right ankle is swollen, watery (?) in colour, movements painful and limited
Explanation:
Critical word in your question is "lividne" because there's no such word in Croatian. From my experience as health/medical specialist translator I suppose it should read "likvidne" so I have translated it as such.

lividne boje = livid coloured (Lat. "lividus")

Explanation:
"Livid" is not a word of Slavic, ie. Croatian, but of Latin origin.

"Lividus" means leaden-coloured, bluish, blue, dark; these are more or less the same meanings that are given in

Željko Bujas: Veliki englesko-hrvatski rječnik, Nakladni zavod Globus 1999.
(English-Croatian Dictionary)

- see my previous answer -

Medical texts, by nature, abound in Latin words. In this particular case we have a Croatized Latin word, which may make it less transparent for wider audience.

The right ankle is swollen, leaden-coloured and moves are painfully limited.

Explanation:
This is very simple, I know that from my personal experience.

Word...
lividan -dno -dna lat. (lividus) which in Croatian is simply MODAR you can translate it very precisely as LEADEN-COLOURED... and it explains the colour of an ankle as a direct consequence of ligament's torsion or other similar ankle injuries.
