I believe the terms in use in the printing industry in the UK are: "paper stock" or "paper stocks". See, for example,

In self-publishing, it is common for a printing house, when dealing with a prospective customer, to produce a sample volume containing a number of pages from the publication printed on each of the proposed paper stocks. This usually helps the author or publisher to choose from the types available.
Publication paper without an accompanying detailed description tends to refer to the entirety of papers in use for publications whereas the use of the word stock implies the choice of a specific type.

The specimen you have quoted contains numerous errors in grammar and I would not trust the company that has written it to be experts in English. For information on what's out there in terms of paper stocks, see, for example,

I would recommend just saying what it means, e.g. on the actual paper stock to be used for the issue or the edition, depending on what it is, or just for the publication if you aren't sure. I don't think you need to be slavish about translating the actual words.
