neutral  Arnold van Druten: "einbezahltes" ist m.E. kein sauberes Deutsch, sondern Umgangssprache. Bezahlen >bezahlt; Einzahlen>eingezahlt. Insofern pflichte ich eher der Version von Anja bei.

  -> als Bayer kann ich nur sagen: Red' doch koan Schmarr'n (schau Dir die Urteile des höchsten deutschen Gerichts an, zB http://lexetius.com/2005,2325 oder die einschlägigen Gesetze in A, CH, und LI (auch dort spricht man, laut Polt, Deutsh)

Explanation:
Nach eingehendem Studium der Gesetzestexte, sowohl im BGB als auch im HGB, existiert der Begriff "einbezahlt" nicht, sondern wird ausschließlich der Begriff "eingezahlt" verwendet. Dass Richter, auch am BGH, bei der Verfassung von Protokollen, der korrekten Amtssprache nicht immer mächtig sind, habe ich persönlich in einer 6-jährigen Bürogemeinschaft mit einer Ra-Kanzlei erfahren. Also, Boarisch in aller Ehre: hier ist aber nichts mit dem "amtlich boarischen Amtsgericht" aus dem Bayerischen Fernsehen
