sur base de mon expérience avec des trottinettes pliables, il s'agit de tirer sur la colonne de direction, puis de la redresser en position verticale, où elle se clipse.
"pull up D to chute" = D avec flèche indiquant le mouvement vers la droite. Je traduirais "Tirez D vers la droite, puis redressez le tube en position verticale de C à B.
"chute" ne veut strictement rien dire dans cette phrase.
Et c'est bien une trottinette électrique, pas un scooter.
