If the General Meeting of Shareholders approves a resolution for the Company to increase it's Charter Capital, the Company shall deliver a notice in writing to all Shareholders (the "Rights Notice"). The Rights Notice shall specify (a) the total amount of the proposed increase of Charter Capital; (b) the rights, privileges, terms and conditions of such increased portion of the Charter Capital; and (c) the consideration payable for such increased portion of the Charter Capital. Each Partner shall have the option, exercisable within thirty (30) Days after receipt of the Rights Notice, to subscribe irrevocably to its pro rata percentage of increased portion of the Charter Capital.
