Определение механических свойств ЦНП производилось для 1-но, 2-х и 3-х-слойных образцов с покрытиями ЦВЭС и ZINGA в исходном состоянии и после 30 суток коррозионных испытаний в 3%-ном растворе NaCl по следующим характеристикам:
• эластичность покрытий;
• прочность при ударе;
• стойкость покрытий к температурному воздействию;
• адгезия покрытий.
Эластические свойства покрытий определялись в соответствии с ГОСТ 6806. Установлено, что эластические свойства ZINGA снижаются (в отличие от ЦВЭС) с увеличением количества слоев. Выдержка в коррозионно-активной среде незначительно снижает эластические свойства обоих покрытий.
