В идеале, снимать будут пять или шесть камер (как минимум, две – на операторских тележках, и одна – на рельсах, ведущих от края сцены назад, прямо к микшерскому пульту).

“Mix area” or “mixing area” simply mean the space assigned for the mixing console, recording desks and so on. There is no common term to call it in Russian. Mixing area is just a “место, где расположен микшерский пульт” but I don’t think you should make it so complicated.
