Arabic meaning of (Umpire)

Context:

Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be referred to arbitration under UAE law, one arbitrator to be nominated by the first party and the other by the second party. In case the arbitrators shall not agree, then the decision of an umpire to be appointed by the two arbitrators shall be final and binding upon both parties.
