law on negotiable instruments
It's been a long day and somehow I can't come up with a decent translation for this bit:
Unless otherwise provided in this article or Article 4 of this title, an unauthorized signature is ineffective except as the signature of the unauthorized signer in favor of a person who in good faith pays the instrument or takes it for value.
From § 11-3-403 O.C.G.A. of the State of Georgia about negotiable instruments.
btw, am I right that "title" here means "Gesetz"?

Comment: "Danke.
