Crème fraîche mit Cilantro (or Koriander) Explanation: Crème fraîche should remain as is, see http://www.naturkost.de/produc/p11221.htm and numerous (over 1000) other websites (go to altavista.com, search for "creme fraiche" with the language set for German). Defintion: Sauerrahmerzeugnis aus Kuhmilch. Vorgeschriebener Mindestfettgehalt: 30 Prozent. Crème fraiche wird aus frischem Rahm und Milchsäurebakterien hergestellt. There is a Gewürzlexikon at http://www-ang.kfunigraz.ac.at/~katzer/germ/spice_large.html... Kristina [email protected] |

Koriander-Frischkäse Explanation: Koriander sounds right, I know in Spanish it is called culantro with a u. But crème fraiche is thicker than Schlagsahne, as thisk as "Quark". "Sahnequark" might not be a bad solution either. Good luck! Reference: http://[email protected] |

Creme Fraiche mit Cilantro (Korianderblätter) Explanation: Im not the first with this solution but I did want to say Creme Fraiche is NOT Schlagsahne or Frischkäse and Cilantro is the coriander *leaf* rather than the usual ground seeds used as a spice. |

Crème Fraiche mit Koriandergeschmack Explanation: I imagine this creme fraiche as being somethinig like the "Kraüterbutter" which is served on roasted bread in Italian or Mexican restaurants, except that this one is with cilantro flavour. So I would suggest the above translation. Hope I could be of service with this. |
