She stayed true to her brash sense of humour and ballsy femininity by making Chloe fun and saucy, with the sort of pineapple-emblazoned bikinis that would provoke an 'ooo-er missus' in a 'Carry On' film.

I'd appreciate if you translate the whole sentence, as well.

Explanation:
Ooo-er missus: おや、まあ！or あら、まあ！Also spelled “oo-er, missus”, and many of the examples on the Net have an exclamation mark at the end. I thought oo and er usually meant えー and あのう, but with “missus” and the exclamation mark after these, it seems to mean something like My goodness! or Oh, baby! It must be a British slang expression.

Thank you for clarifying certain words, jackamano-san. I knew there was a line called Chloe, but I didn¥'t see the connection earlier. Anyway, here is my second sample translation;

ステラ・マッカートニーは、「キャリーオン」シリーズの映画で「おや、まあ！」の対象になりそうなパイナップルだらけのビキニの類（たぐい）で、おもしろく洒落たクロエを創造することにより、自分の派手なユーモア感覚と大胆な女らしさを正直に表¥現した。
（･･･女らしさを正直に表¥現し続けた if you are talking about a long period of time）

Only that I'll interprete "naughty" as "sexy" or "(almost) obscene" That could more likely provoke "ooo-er," right?
