"moflotteries" (moflottery) looks like a made-up word, therefore I doubt there is a standard translation for it. If this word is a name of some imaginary species, and you can find out their characteristics, perhaps you can create a similar made-up name in Japanese. Otherwise, you can opt for just transcribing it in katakana.
But first, I would carefully check the source text for typos and other problems, perhaps missing text, scanning and OCR errors, etc.
