Product Performance Goals
· The PACKAGING SUPPLIER shall achieve or exceed Co X's 5Sigma Quality performance goals and demonstrate this capability through process measurements.
· Scrap Reduction. Detail process methodology and improvements to date.
· Factory Inbound Delivery Performance
· Outgoing Quality Audit
· **VLRR**
· Value-Added Outgoing Quality Audit
· Carrier Discrepancy
· Quarantine Age Limit
· Internal (In-House) Damage Contribution
· Rework
· Incoming Inspection
· The KPI’s and goals and any changes to Goals will be defined and jointly agreed by the PACKAGING SUPPLIER and Co. X's Supplier Quality Engineer.
· A 50% improvement year on year will be expected in each of the KPI’s.
· Failure to meet these quality goals over a sustained period could resort in project cancellation.
