German term

partnerschaftliche Führung und Eigentümerstruktur

German to English Bus/Financial Real Estate Real estate company
It's an explanation of the type of company.
"XXX ist das größte internationale Beratungsunternehmen für Gewerbeimmobilien in partnerschaftlicher Führung und Eigentümerstruktur"
I'm a little confused about the end part. So far, I've written
"XXX is the world’s largest commercial real estate services organisation owned and managed on a partnership basis."
Is this correct or is there a more official translation?

Discussion

Katy Dean (asker) Aug 31, 2005:
I think in the US - on its copyright page, it has the following text:
'XXX Inc. global group (which includes all group companies, international partnerships and affiliated organisations, including alliance and associated offices)' On most of its sites, it doesn't even put the Inc. at the end of the company name.
Sandra Schlatter Aug 31, 2005:
Ok, but where (in which country) is it incorporated and in which form (any letters after the company name?)? I think this whole "partnership"-thing might just refer to the actual type of company
Katy Dean (asker) Aug 31, 2005:
An incorporated company.
Sandra Schlatter Aug 31, 2005:
Sorry, my question wasn't clear: I meant what kind of legal entity is it?
Katy Dean (asker) Aug 31, 2005:
It's a company that arranges real estate for companies (advising on the lease of office space in the article I'm translating). It's an international company, but my translation is being translated from German into UK English about the German branch of the company.
Sandra Schlatter Aug 31, 2005:
What type of company is this (and from which country)?
