I may have translated this rather clumsily. Is there a good standard phrase for this? The context reads:

"La partecipazioni dei soci sono determinate in misura proporzionale al conferimento e I diritti sociali spettano ad essi in misura proporzionale all a partecipazione da ciascuno posseduta."

My translation reads:

".... and the corporate rights pertain to them in proportion to the shareholding possessed by each."
