Atentie, totusi exista si: contracte de inchiriere si contracte de leasing si atunci contractele de locatiune (care se numesc si de arenda) nu prea ar fi leasing, IMO. Ce zic colegii nostri experti juristi?
Ar fi util un exemplu de traducere a cuvantului locatiune in limba engleza...
