La sfarsitul unui contract, unde se semneaza cei care incheie contractul, apare si semnatura "elaboratorului" (contractului). Exista un echivalent rezonabil in engleza, sau sa traduc pur si simplu "drawn up by..." sau ceva de genul acesta? Multumesc.
