The full name is: Cohollitos de Almería.
Almería is the name of a region in Spain along the Mediterranean Sea.

panceta=bacon.

I can only help you with # 3:
The word "Filete" refers to the piece of meat in itself, with or without cooking. The word "Solomillo" is either a sirloin steak or a tenderloin steak cooked.

belly pork or streaky bacon

Panceta is belly pork if not cured and streaky bacon if cured.
Couldn't find cohollitos
But filete is fillet and solomillo is either tenderloin or sirloin steak.
