trustee [of the Trust]
Or as Lorena says, "fiduciary", but I believe trustee is the more common term.
A trust is a three-party fiduciary relationship in which the first party, the trustor or settlor, transfers ("settles") a property (often but not necessarily a sum of money) upon the second party (the trustee) for the benefit of the third party, the beneficiary.

By the way, the word "fiduciary" is often used as the adjective (for "trust") in this context, e.g.:
Trustees thus have a fiduciary duty to manage the trust to the benefit of the equitable owners.

: I think "member", although possibly a trustee, is mistranslation; we don't have to be "nice" regarding repetition in legal translation

: David, this wording would suggest that either the "fiduciario" is one of several members on a board of trustees or that the trust is some kind of conglomerate, neither of which appears to be the case here.
