Spanish term

o que por otros medios ejerce su control final

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general)
Necesito ayuda para resolver esto
El original dice así:
En caso de que la Entidad posea beneficiario/s final/es, es decir, persona física que controla o puede controlar, directa o indirectamente, una persona jurídica o estructura legal sin personería jurídica, y/o que posee, al menos, el VEINTE POR CIENTO (20%) del capital o de los derechos de voto, o que por otros medios ejerce su control final, de forma directa o indirecta, completar la siguiente información:

Esta es mi traducción:
Final Beneficiary – In case the Entity has a final beneficiary, i.e., an individual that controls or shall control, directly or indirectly, a legal entity or legal structure without legal capacity, and/or that has, at least, TWENTY PER CENT (20%) of capital stock, votes, or that by other means has final control directly or indirectly , please complete the following information:

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): Yvonne Gallagher

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

or who has final control by any other means

Final Beneficiary – In the event that the Entity has a final beneficiary or financial beneficiaries, i.e. a natural person who controls or may control, directly or indirectly, a legal entity or legal structure without legal personality, and/or who owns, at least, TWENTY PER CENT (20%) of the capital, the rights to vote, or who has final control by any other means, please complete the following information:

Your translation has several errors. Do be careful with legal translations, it is really important to get it right.

persona fisica is a natural person (as opposed to a legal entity)
beneficiario/s final/es refers to both the singular and plural
legal capacity is not the same as legal personality, it is a prerequisite for it but not the same
derechos de voto is rights to vote, not votes

Peer comment(s):

agree philgoddard : Or overall, or ultimate. "In case" and "shall control" are wrong, too. But I always translate "persona física" as "individual".
