@Marie Please don't worry about it. I didn't post an answer because I didn't want to annoy anyone by basing my suggestion on previous questions.
Marie Wilson Mar 27, 2018:
@Helena I saw your reference just after, it was like gathering together pieces of a jigsaw so kept me busy.

Thanks Rachel, so it seems. I don't think of checking the glossary when answering. Sometimes I come across previous answers in Google searches and other times I don't realise It's already been invented!
neutral Joseph Tein : Hola Marie. Are "added" sounds the same as "adventitious" sounds, do you know?

I think so. See https://sites.google.com/site/bartsosce/respiratory''clear breath sounds heard in all areas, with no added (adventitious) sounds.''https://research-repository.griffith.edu.au/bitstream/10072/... Added (adventitious) breath

Cardiac (heart) Auscultation (CA)/ Respiratory Auscultation (RA)

MVC - murmullo vesicular conservado
English translation: NBS - normal breath sounds

sin ruídos sobreañadidos - no adventitious sounds

Sounds
Adventitious sound: it relates to additional respiratory sounds superimposed on normal breath sounds. It can be continuous (like wheezes) or discontinuous (such as crackles). Some of them (like squawks) have both characteristics. The presence of such sounds usually indicates pulmonary disorders.
