Not clear from context what the Plazo is (is it a defined term?). I'm guessing the "Plazo fijo" is a fixed deposit, or fixed term deposit, or fixed installment, placed in dollars with the branch to guarntee (in part) payment of the debt. So it's "less the total amount of the fixed Plazo constituted in dollars at branch X of"
