“I love translating writers that have the courage to break the overrated rule of showing and not telling, especially when showing just means people frowning and shrugging all the time. Story-tellers must tell, for God’s sake! Good, complex writing may be daunting, but it’s not difficult as in burdensome, because you see a purpose to it, it’s rewarding and exhilarating”.
