Introduction
Etant un stagiaire au service administratif dans la IMPEX TRADING depuis près de trois semaines, je vais fonder mon observation, participation et l'anticipation pour exprimer brièvement ce que j'ai appris jusqu'à présent, et faire des commentaires sur la force et la faiblesse de cette entreprise, et aussi proposer quelques idées que je crois pouvoir ajouter à tout le merveilleux stratégies que IMPEX TRADING à mise en place en se détachant exceptionnel.
Dans ce court laps de temps, je ne peux pas me vanter d'un inventaire détaillé de chaque département au sein d’IMPEX TRADING. Je vais donc essayer de me Limite au service administratif.
Les choses que j'ai apprises
-J’ai acquis une compréhension de l'organisation et le fonctionnement financière d'une entreprise comme IMPEX TRADING.
-Comment se comporter avec les clients et répondre aux mails de manière formelle.
- Comment classer les documents dans une entreprise.
- Comment valoriser les documents qui comptent jusqu'à la dernière page.
-Comment collaborer avec les différents membres de l'équipe pour atteindre un objectif commun.
-Comment faire confiance et me soumettre à mon patron (boss) à la lettre.
Les points fort observés
-Il ya un sens élevé de respect mutuel au sein IMPEX.
-les membres sont chaleureux et accueillants, même à des étrangers.
-L'ambition, l'optimisme et le courage d'oser est remarquable dans IMPEX: simplement, ils sont un peuple d'une grande foi!
-A un souci de susciter et d'habiliter la jeunesse ainsi construire la nation comme on le voit dans leur pourcentage de jeunes en Stage de travail et leur juste politique de stock-options
-l’unanimité en but et l'objectif. Malgré que membres ne s'entendent pas sur certaines points, ils ne permettent pas que leur désaccord provoque la séparation, mais ils continuent de travailler ensemble pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise.
Translation - English END OF INTERNSHIP REPORT AT THE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE OF IMPEX TRADING SARL
INTRODUCTION
Being an intern at the administrative service of IMPEX TRADING for more than three months, I will base my judgment, participation and anticipation to express briefly what I have learned till day, and comment on the strengths and weaknesses of this enterprise, and also propose some ideas that I can add to all the marvelous strategies that IMPEX TRADING has put in place by being exceptional.
In the brief period of time, I cannot boast of a detail inventory of each department within IMPEX TRADING. I will just try to limit myself to the administrative service.
The things that I learned
- I acquired the knowledge of the organizational and financial functioning of an enterprise like IMPEX.
- How to relate to customers and answer mails in a formal way.
- How to classify documents in an enterprise.
- How to value documents that are important till the last minute.
- How to collaborate with different members of the team in order to achieve a common goal.
- How to trust and submit to my boss faithfully.
Strong points observed
- There is a high sense of mutual respect in IMPEX.
- The members have a warm welcome, even to strangers.
- The ambition, optimism and the courage to dare is remarkable in IMPEX: simply, they are a people of great faith!
- A order to encourage and empower the youth and nation building as seen in the percentage of youth work and internship fair policy of stock options
- Unanimity as goal and objective. Although members do not agree on some points, they do not allow their disagreement causes separation, but they continue to work together to achieve business goals.
