Source text - Spanish Conforme a lo dispuesto en la Decisión Marco 2009/315/JAl del Consejo de 26 de febrero,relativa a la organización y al contenido del intercambio de información de los registros de antecedentes penales entre los Estados miembros, tratándose de ciudadanos españoles, el presente certificado incluye, en su caso, las condenas impuestas por otros Estados miembros de la Unión Europea, en los mismos términos en que tales condenas hayan sido notificadas, sin que exista necesariamente una equiparación entre los tipos delictivos del Estado de condena y los tipos delictivos nacionales.
Translation - English In compliance with the provisions of Council Framework Decision 2009/315/JAI of February 26, regarding the organisation and content of the exchange of information extracted from criminal records between Member States, in the case of Spanish citizens, this certificate includes, where applicable, any convictions handed down in other Member States, in the same terms in which such convictions were notified, without there necessarily being an equivalence between offences in the convicting State and national offences.

Source text - English Before me, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared the Testator, XXX, and the witnesses, XXX and XXX, whose names are subscribed to the annexed or foregoing instrument in their respective capacities, and all of said individuals being duly sworn, the Testator declared to me and to the witnesses in my presence that said instrument is the Last Will and Testament of the Testator and that the Testator had willingly made and executed it as the Testator's free act and deed for the purposes expressed therein. The witnesses, each on oath, stated to me in the presence and hearing of the Testator that the Testator had declared to them that the instrument is the Testator's Last Will and Testament and that the Testator executed the instrument as such and wished each of them to sign it as it as a witness; and under oath each witness stated further that the witness had signed the same as witness in the presence of the Testator and at the Testator's request; that the Testator was of sound mind and body.
