There are two words that were not legible in this sentence.. but I am guessing even without the two words, it can be roughly translated to this? Do you have any suggestion?

"When citizenship has been granted, and then after Oath has been administered obligated [illegible] immigration document to the Immigration Office at the same place with [illegible] evidence be reported to the foreign citizenship."

I am not too sure if "diwajibkan" and "meleparkan" are correctly translated in this case, the whole sentence structure is a bit weird, but I just need to see if I am at all close tackling the meaning of this sentence. Your help is greatly appreciated.
