That is, one with a perhaps unexpectedly or inordinately large proportion of transparent material.
When an English noblewoman back in the late 16th century built what was then a startlingly innovative country house, some wag instantly coined the rhyme: "Hardwick Hall -- more glass than wall!"
Space and time forbid me from detouring into an exegesis on the social changes that made anything less than ten-foot-deep double-rubble-filled castle walls a necessity.... but you get the idea.
