disagree  Polangmar: 1. "Landlord" nie zwraca lokalu - on go odbiera/przejmuje, a zwraca lokal najemca. 2. "Wygaśnięcie" to zawężenie - umowa może też zostać wymówiona z różnych powodów (np. niedotrzymania jej warunków przez najemcę - por. "immediately" w ww. pytaniu).
