લગ્નની વાતો ચાલી રહી હતી.
છોકરાના ઘરવાળાઓએ છોકરાના વખાણ કરતા છોકરીવાળાને કહ્યું : “અમારો છોકરો ખુબ જ ન્યાયપ્રિય છે, દરેકને એક જ નજરે જોવે છે.”
છોકરીવાળા બોલ્યા : “અમારી છોકરી બહુ જ કામકાજ કરે છે, હંમેશા એક પગે ઉભી રહે છે.”
લગ્ન થયા પછી બંને પક્ષવાળાને ખબર પડી કે છોકરો કાણો અને છોકરી લંગડી હતી.
