með raupinu og öllu saman

Non-PRO Icelandic to English Art/Literary Other
119:27 Þau gengu til fjárhúsa. Björn studdi sig við prikið og
119:28 tautaði fyrir munni sér: "O-jæja; það eru ekki menn,
119:29 sem verið hafa. Einhvern tíma býst ég við, með raupinu
119:30 og öllu saman, að ég hefði getað varið honum dyrnar,
119:31 oflátungnum þeim, sem finnst sjálfsagt, að allir sitji og
119:32 standi eftir því sem honum þóknast. - Hér get ég nú
119:33 hugsað mér að sé falleg aðkoma," bætti hann við, þegar
119:34 þau komu að húsunum.

My Ice-Engl dictionary translates "raup" as "rodomontade; magniloquence".
The other translation is closer to the wording I think an old farmer like Björn would use.
"raup" is usually used specifically about drunken self-bragging.
