I agree with the previous answer but this phrase may also mean: "It is your anniversary". The word "herdenking" means "anniversary" - more specific "huweliksherdenking" would refer to a anniversary of a marriage. Also note that the "jul" refers to "you"/"your" (plural).

As in: "Here is your keepsake, or souvenir" of a special occasion.

Another option would be: "This is your commemoration." Spoken on the occasion of a honoring someone. It all depends on the context.
